Welcome to the ACEM ASM 2025 On Demand Registration

The On Demand registration gives you access to the full ASM 2025 program recordings, offering a flexible way to stay informed and contribute to your 2026 CPD requirements.

 

Before commencing your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you require assistance during this process, please contact the ASM event team at asm@acem.org.au.

    • All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. 
    • Full payment of all items is requested when registering (by credit card).
    • All costs are to be borne by the ordering customer. 
    • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.
    • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
    • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field - this email address will be used for access to the video platform.
    • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact the ASM team at asm@acem.org.au.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

    • Registration fees include 10% GST. Tax invoices issued will indicate the total GST included in the transaction.

Cancellation policy

All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the ASM team at asm@acem.org.au.

    • Cancellations before the release date will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee.
    • Any cancellations after the release date will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer of registration

No transfers are available.

 

Please note:

    • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. 
    • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.

Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) do not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Conference or for theft or damage to belongings. Liability The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) do not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the event. The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) do not take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. Privacy During the process of registration the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance. All personal information is gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
